Currently, The Inn offers four queen-size bedrooms with private baths. There also are two additional spare rooms which may be combined into a fifth bedroom with private bath in 2007. Located on the second floor, all bedrooms enjoy a comfortable sitting area and independently controlled air-conditioning and ceiling fan systems.

Guests have access to a second floor kitchenette, a second floor reading room as well as the general areas on the first floor to include TV viewing in the first-floor family room. Complimentary Wi-Fi available on all floors.
